You are invited to a Tea Ceremony for children!<\/p>\n\n

We want to:<\/h3>\n\n
  1. to give children the experience of beauty;<\/li>
  2. to help the child get the experience of contemplation, observation of the process of making water and tea. This awakens in the child the love for beauty, the ability to concentrate, teaches him\/her to work with love and attention, to cook with his\/her own hands (unlike at home when mom brings a cup with tea at once, and it is unclear where it comes from); <\/li>
  3. to give children the opportunity to express themselves and make their own tea;<\/li>
  4. help the child to calm down, relax, and rest.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n

    First we prepare the water. Put a transparent glass kettle with water on the burner. Observe the open fire and the gradual heating of water. The water moves, dances, bubbles appear: “fish eyes” and “pearl threads”, listen to the “noise of the wind in the pines”. Properly prepared water does not boil over – it remains “alive”. <\/p>\n\n

    So, we have everything we need for a good tea ceremony: fire, water, tea, utensils and us. And we must be as attentive as possible to hear the Fairy Tale that hides in the tea. <\/p>\n\n

    – What is tea? – A boy once asked a wise man. <\/p>\n\n

    – Tea is magic.<\/p>\n\n

    – What is magic? – The boy asked again. <\/p>\n\n

    – Magic is the blossoming flower of your soul when you drink tea.<\/p>\n\n

    Considering the different teas that the Tea Club has:<\/h3>\n\n

    White<\/a><\/p>\n\n

    Yellow<\/a><\/p>\n\n

    Green<\/a><\/p>\n\n

    Oolong<\/a><\/p>\n\n

    Red<\/a><\/p>\n\n

    Black<\/a><\/p>\n\n

    For children, white is best – as the lightest, minimally fermented tea, the healthiest.<\/p>\n\n

    In China, only tea buds with delicate lint are used for white tea. These lint is poetically called “Buddha’s eyelashes”. The buds for white tea are picked by hand at dawn, spread out for some time under the sun. Nothing else is needed – white tea can be packed and taken to children all over the world. <\/p>\n\n

    So, we get acquainted with the white tea, which is in a tea box (chahe in Chinese). We pass the chahe to each other with two hands (which is considered a sign of respect), inhale the subtle aroma of white tea, gently feel the tea fluffs with our fingers. <\/p>\n\n

    Warm all the tea drinking utensils with hot water. Pour tea into a teapot, pour water (it should be slightly cooled – about 70 degrees). Do not insist the tea – in China they say that you only need to hear two heartbeats, and then immediately pour the tea into the chahai – a bowl of justice. Collection tea (we have, by the way, only such tea, collection tea, we choose it ourselves and buy it in China) is brewed instantly and many times – from 6 to 10. <\/p>\n\n

    In the bowl of justice, the tea infusion is stirred and becomes the same for all – justly.<\/p>\n\n

    Pour the tea from the fairness bowl into a tall cup, which we cover with a second, low cup. Then with a smooth, quick and confident movement we change the cups – turn them over. Everything is like in ancient Chinese Yin-Yang symbolism – high and low, full and empty are constantly changing places, flowing into each other. <\/p>\n\n

    With each brew, the tea changes, gradually revealing its wonderful facets – aroma, flavor, color, density, aftertaste, and condition.<\/p>\n\n

    Every tea is shrouded in a multitude of LEGENDS. Together with tea we taste a tea legend, a mythical story, a fairy tale, a parable. <\/p>\n\n
