Green tea is good for health and this has been confirmed by a large number of scientific studies.   <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>It has powerful antioxidant property, which is important for preventing many diseases and aging processes.  <\/li><li>  And green tea also helps lower cholesterol and maintain normal blood pressure.  <\/li><li>  It reduces the risk of vascular thrombosis, helps fight infections, and strengthens the immune system.  <\/li><li>Tea has good tonic properties, relieves stress and fatigue and has the ability to burn fat, which makes a person feel more energetic.<\/li><li>According to a recent study, green tea contains more polyphenols than other varieties.<\/li><li>Due to its antioxidant content, tea can prevent the development of some forms of cancer.<\/li><li>Green tea is also famous for aiding mental performance and contains more iron, vitamins and catechins than black tea.<\/li><li>The heat treatment required for green tea probably increases the polyphenol content of the leaves.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Green tea has a number of health benefits.
