European method – single brewing with 3-5 min. infusion. In these instructions the amount of tea is calculated for a volume of 500 ml.

- Water temperature – 80-90°C
- Number of brews – 1
The most suitable brewing utensils are: glass, earthenware or porcelain teapot.
Brewing Guangdong and North Fujian Oolong using the Chinese method (pingcha)
