The aroma of this tea feels light, airy, fresh, it has spicy herbal and floral raspberry notes. “Silver Needles” is a white tea with a refined sweetish taste with berry sourness, the drink has a long, refreshing aftertaste.
- Bai MuDan or White Peony. It is also one of the famous varieties of white tea. It is made from buds harvested in April, which have two blossoming leaves.

Production features
The production of white tea takes from 18 to 36 hours, based on weather conditions, its variety. Production is carried out according to ancient technology, and includes three stages.
- Collection. It is carried out only by hand, only the best tea leaves and buds are taken.
- Drying (6 to 8 hours). Raw materials are laid out in a thin layer and dried under the sun or in rooms that are well ventilated. During this period, excess moisture leaves the leaves.
- Drying (occurs in an oven in some cases). Based on the variety, drying can be at a low temperature (at 45 degrees), or two-stage. The first 10 minutes the leaves are dried at a temperature of 100 degrees, the final drying is carried out at 70 degrees.
The quality of white tea is directly affected by the number of villi on the kidneys.
