  • The amount of tea is 3-4 g
  • Water temperature – 70-80°C
  • Number of brews – 5-8

The most suitable brewing utensils are: porcelain or glass gaiwan, glass teapot.

Brewing Jasmine Tea the European Way

European method – single brewing with 3-5 min. infusion. In these instructions the amount of tea is calculated for a volume of 500 ml.

  • The amount of tea is 5-6 g
  • Water temperature – 70-80°C
  • Number of brews – 1

The most suitable brewing utensils are: glass, earthenware or porcelain teapot.
