To properly bring out the flavor, aroma and health benefits of tea you must follow brewing guidelines.

Here are the basic guidelines for brewing pu’erh:

  1. Use good water;
  2. Determine the amount of tea according to the volume of the crockery;
  3. Warm the dish with hot water;
  4. Consider the temperature of the brewing water depending on the type of tea;
  5. Make tea and drink it with gusto.
