This famous and now popular dynamic qigong complex. It is called “Baduanjing – Eight Segments of Brocade”, spelled in Chinese: 八段錦 Baduanjin.
The complex consists of 8 forms, each form is performed at least 6 times. This complex is suitable for people of any age with any physical fitness. It can be performed every day, it takes only 15-20 minutes.
