This famous and now popular dynamic qigong complex. It is called “Baduanjing – Eight Segments of Brocade”, spelled in Chinese: 八段錦 Baduanjin.

The complex consists of 8 forms, each form is performed at least 6 times. This complex is suitable for people of any age with any physical fitness. It can be performed every day, it takes only 15-20 minutes.

Every Sunday at 10-30 am we practice it in the Club, but you can try to do it together with this funny and funny cartoon panda! If it works for her, it will work for you!
