Description

This tea immediately captivates with its purity and transparency. It feels as if you absorb these qualities—your mind clears, your body relaxes, and the world begins to sound different!

The most unusual yellow tea with the longest history! What sets it apart is that it is harvested not only from buds but also from the first two delicate leaves! The name of this tea was mentioned as far back as the first millennium during the reign of Emperor Li Yuan of the Tang Dynasty, praising its remarkable taste and appearance.

The optimal terroir for growing this tea is the western part of Anhui province—perfectly combining climate, plantation positioning relative to the sun, wind patterns, mountains, and water. Nature has nurtured the tea bushes here! The Huoshan Mountains, where this tea is grown, are far from major cities, offering ideal conditions for cultivating elite Huoshan Huangya tea: clean air, mountain springs with transparent rivers, singing birds, and magnificent cliffs.

Preparation method for yellow tea in a cup with a lid:

  1. Rinse the cup with boiling water.
  2. Add 3 grams of tea per 250 ml.
  3. Rinse the tea: pour in 1/4 cup of water and immediately pour it out, holding the lid to retain the infusion.
  4. Pour in boiling water at 95-98°C and steep for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Enjoy your tea. Have a pleasant tea time!
