Here is a wonderful sheng puer from the Jin Mai area in the famous Yunnan. Jin Mai is the name of both the mountain and the village of the same name. The village is located 750 meters above sea level and the plantations are up to 1500 meters. The age of tea trees in this area reaches 500 years.
The easiest way to prepare Shen Puer tea:

On the palate, young Shen Puerh can seem harsh both in terms of taste and impact. The effect of such tea is similar to green tea and, as a rule, it is very invigorating. Thanks to the “primitive energy of the wild mountains”, this tea gives a strong “tea state”: fills the body with energy, clarifies the mind and rises above the everyday hustle and bustle.
Shen Puer, aged for 4-5 years, has a darker infusion and becomes more interesting, the taste and aroma of such tea have many shades.
