Of the entire range of green Chinese teas, we offer only high-quality teas, for the production of which only young upper buds and one or two leaves are harvested.
Chinese green teas are characterized by the traditional method of stopping fermentation, which in China is called “Sha Qing” or “killing” greens. It can be produced in three ways: roasting in a special boiler, heating over coals and steaming over hot steam.
The third method – steaming – is almost never used in China, but is the main one for Japanese teas.
