A good sheng pu’er that induces magical states!

This tea immerses deeply into the ocean of associations and emotions! A unique tea brought from a journey through the mountains of Yunnan. Purchased from a farmer. What can be said about this tea – it’s magical. Its taste and aroma are pure and light, with a long and pleasant aftertaste.

The most straightforward way to prepare Sheng Pu’er tea: (in a cup with a lid)

Take a cup and rinse it with boiling water. Pour the tea at a ratio of 2 grams per 250 ml. Rinse the tea: pour 1/4 of the cup and immediately pour it out, holding the lid to retain the infusion. Pour boiling water at 85-95 degrees Celsius and steep for 2-3 minutes. Enjoy your tea! Happy tea time!

Features and useful properties of Sheng Pu’er: A young Sheng Pu’er may seem sharp in taste and in its effects. The effect of such tea is similar to green tea and usually invigorates well. Thanks to the “primordial energy of the wild mountains,” this tea gives a strong “tea state”: it fills the body with energy, clarifies the mind, and lifts above the daily hustle and bustle. Sheng Pu’er, aged 4-5 years, has a darker infusion and becomes more interesting; the taste and aroma of such tea have many nuances.

But true treasure becomes Sheng Pu’er after proper storage for 10 years or more. Then the tea is given the prefix “Lao,” which means “old.”

Real Lao Sheng is highly valued; it is often very difficult to find among numerous fakes. Most Lao Shengs are now kept in the tea collections of Pu’er connoisseurs.

Here are the main useful properties: thanks to the raw material from old tea trees with a powerful and deep root system, many useful unique substances accumulate in the leaves; leaves from Yunnan tea trees are larger and have a more powerful antimicrobial activity; the quality of raw materials for Sheng Pu’er is crucial, so it is treated very seriously and attentively; Sheng Pu’er can improve taste quality and beneficial effects on the body over time with proper storage; young Sheng Pu’er does not yield to green tea in the content of catechins, and catechins have a powerful antioxidant, anticancer, detoxifying, and anti-radiation properties; a special combination of polyphenols contributes to improving digestion and the endocrine system; considered a strong energizer: rich in vitamins: C, PP, and group B; as well as minerals: calcium, manganese, zinc, copper, iron, sulfur, fluoride, and phosphorus; a variety of enzymes, tannins, resins, ethers, alkaloids, including theine (caffeine analogue) along with amino acids – all this gives a charge of energy for the whole day! However, Sheng Pu’er should not be consumed on an empty stomach – this can lead to pain and discomfort, exacerbate gastritis.
