The delicate Taiwanese oolong Wen Shan Bao Zhun The tea grows in the north of Taiwan in the vicinity of Wen Shan Hill, hence part of the name, while “Bao Zhun” originated from the tradition of wrapping the finished tea in paper, which translates to “wrapped”. The tea is harvested in spring and undergoes minimal processing, hence the elusive lightness bordering between white and green tea. The tea retains all its beneficial properties, so we recommend using water at 80°C to maximize preservation of all the goodness and reveal all the flavors.
The tea will refresh, gently invigorate, and leave no one indifferent.
