Long-term aging, carefully selected raw materials, many tea buds, delicate aroma and rich taste are the distinctive features of this wonderful tea – Palace Puer.
Black (dark) Puer tea Gong Ting Qi Zi Bing is one of the rare teas of Yunnan province. It grows in an area called “Six Tea Mountains”.
Palace Pu-erh is prepared using a special double fermentation technology, which consists of a combination of natural fermentation (as for shen pu-erh) and artificial aging – heating raw pu-erh over coals in closed boilers. This allows you to achieve the taste and aroma of old pu-erh in less time.
